Expedite Travel Services is only a travel agency. Hence, only the Canada Embassy or Visa Officials have the final say as to the period of time at which visas are issued. Expedite Travel Services will not be held liable for the actions or inactions taken by Canadian Visa Officials.
The Canada Embassy or Visa Officials reserve the right to ask for additional documentation, at any point in the visa application process. This may not be the normal procedure, but please be aware that delays so occur occasionally.
The Visa Officials do not owe an applicant any explanation on why his/her visa application was denied. Visa Officials reserve the right to approve or deny any visa application for reasons best known to them.
The processing speed (whether fast or slow), or rejection of a Canada visa application is solely determined by the Canada Embassy. Expedite Travel Services will, therefore, not be held liable for the delay, or cancellation of any visa application.
All fees paid to Expedite Travel Services are non-refundable once visa processing has began. In the event of rejection or cancellation of a visa application, the service fee is non-refundable
Expedite Travel Services is not liable for the actions taken by the Embassy or Visa Officials in such cases, as stated above.
